As a Seattle resident for over 20 years, I’ve enjoyed becoming familiar with its many unique neighborhoods and learning about our ever-changing market conditions. Real estate has always been a passion of mine. I bought my first condo in Northgate immediately after graduating from the University of Washington in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration. I’ve since invested in multiple properties and left a successful career in IT consulting to pursue real estate full time. I feel fortunate to be able to do something that I’m so passionate about. Whether you’re a first time homebuyer, or a seasoned investor, I look forward to serving you and promise to always put your needs first. My goal is not only to build a life long relationship but to also keep you as a client for life.

We've bought two homes with Jasen, and have had excellent experiences both times. Jasen is patient, understands the market, and knows how to handle complex situations. He stays in close communication and is able to provide timely updates with transparency. Overall he has been an exceptional agent to work with and ultimately helped us secure the homes we wanted!
